Who operates this website

Circuit Calculators is operated by Anas Abubakar. For privacy questions or requests, contact anas.saulawa@gmail.com. This policy covers this website. The mobile and Windows apps have their own store listings and privacy information.

Calculator inputs and files

Calculations run in your browser. The calculator code does not send entered circuit values or imported Touchstone files to a calculation server. Chart, CSV, and other supported exports are generated on your device.

When you choose to create a share link, the URL contains the selected calculator inputs. Anyone with that link can read those values. Opening a share link sends its URL, including query parameters, to the hosting service; page URLs may also be available to advertising providers. Avoid putting confidential design information in shared URLs.

The website does not provide user accounts, a payment checkout, or a database of saved calculator projects.

Website delivery and technical information

The website is hosted using Cloudflare. Requests can include your IP address, requested URL, time, browser and device information, and technical error or security information. Cloudflare processes request information to deliver the website, protect it, and provide hosting traffic reports. Read Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details of its processing and retention.

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Your browser sends network information, such as your IP address and browser headers, when fetching those fonts. See Google Fonts privacy information.

Google AdSense and advertising partners

This website includes Google AdSense code. When advertising services run, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar identifiers to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, and detect fraud. Third-party vendors, including Google, may serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.

Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads using visits to this and other sites. Advertising providers may process IP addresses, device and browser information, page URLs, identifiers, ad interactions, and approximate location. Which ads and processing are available depend on your choices, region, and the advertising service’s settings.

Where Google’s consent message is available, it describes the advertising purposes and participating vendors and lets you manage your choices. You can reopen available controls using Privacy & cookie choices. You can also manage Google ad personalization through Google My Ad Center and some other vendors’ preferences through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out service.

Cookies and your choices

The calculators do not require advertising cookies to perform their calculations. Hosting security, consent management, and advertising services may use cookies or local storage. Our Cookie Policy explains these uses and the controls available to you. Browser cookie settings and advertising preferences have different effects; deleting cookies can reset previously saved choices.

Links to app stores and other websites

Download buttons take you to Apple, Google Play, or Microsoft Store. Some download URLs contain campaign parameters identifying this website or calculator as the referral source. Those stores and other linked sites handle information under their own policies.

Messages, retention, and international processing

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to respond to your request and keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and meet applicable obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive circuit designs or unnecessary personal information.

Hosting, advertising, font, and email providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their retention periods and safeguards are described in their policies and settings. We do not promise a fixed retention period for information controlled by those providers.

Privacy requests and policy updates

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or raise a concern with a relevant authority. Contact anas.saulawa@gmail.com to make a request about information we control. Requests concerning a provider’s own processing may also need to be made to that provider. We may need sufficient information to verify and handle your request.
